finally, christmas is here!

the last day of lecture! hurray! just the class and club christmas get-together on monday and finally, it's christmas vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wee!!!!!!

btw, tito lando, tita lorna, christian, patrick and matthew , ,, our kamag-anaks from the states arrived last dec. 11. oooh, lots of choccies!! :)

oh MG. we had the english week last month, and god, we had this choric presentation from year I. the whole class had to recite the poem 1896 by aurelio s. alvero (did i hear someone from st. clare laugh?)it's a very good poem, but it is known as "freedom!" since every stanza of the poem ends with a "freedom!" and, WE WON. we had to recite ON STAGE during the english week culminating activity. but we didn't mess up , luckily. i love our confetti! 'stig!

i love the december candy ish! though i like the nov. ish a BIT better, since it's filled up with hot celebs.

ah, we had a long test in math yesterday. talk about a nightmare. multiplication of polynomials.
i'm so elated nene tamayo won in PBB! She totally deserves it. i didn't vote, but i hoped she'd win. and she did. jason, cass, and uma were great too, anyhow.

kampanerang kuba finally came to an end. it is replaced by koreanovela only you ( with the actress who plays chun-hyang in sassy girl:chun-hyang!) with the theme song "only you" originally by the platters, but this newer version is rended by sam milby.

i love the spirit of the yuletide season! our school is filled with xmas decors, as well as our home. i looooooooove it. and of course, giving.

christmas jingle. we made such a mess a while ago. ah, don't even wanna hear it.

yeah, eto na nga ata ang last post q for the break. imagine, it's friday, at may pasok na sa monday! argh!

anyway, i really am crazy over ricky ullman now. he's cool,cute and great! grabe,ang talino pa niya.....and wud u believe na he has asian blood?yes, he's a bit israeli.

exams namin nung 20,21,and 22. 22 was a saturday. (would you believe it?)

just watched ispiritista yesterday at blue wave. ask me : i recommend it. puro kalokohan. hehehe.

and btw, ang hirap nung some exams. repeat : some. don't need to mention, because i feel nauseatic just to think about it.

it's such a pandemonium here. right. in the cafe. again. why is our computer a moron? its excuses whenever we connect to the net : the line was busy, the computer did not answer. or, often, it hangs up. i have to suffer here. so much noise, and so many bad words being uttered. blecchh.

oh my god! i forgot to update on the packages. ninang ofel kasi sends packages here. she sent the most recent last august 7. dami kong nakuha--stuffed toys, tops, and a Sally Hansen lippie. :)

darating nga pala sina cousins christian, patrick, matthew, tiyo lando and tita lorna sa december 9! they already have tickets. and, the 3 boys will experience Noel without snow !

i really can't wait till harry potter 4, the perfect man and chronicles of narnia are finally in the cinemas...! i'll be d first to buy tickets. these movies rock. or at least in the trailers.

remembering s club 7

i loved this British band! they got famous when i was in grade 1 or 2 i think, but i knew about them and loved them during grade 4 and 5. you know, their songs and spirit are amazing. "bring it all back", "never had a dream come true" are their most famous songs. i actually got their "BEST: S Club 7 greatest hits". grabe. hindi po ako nagsasawa makinig dahil all their best, nakalagay dun sa album na un. i actually regret the fact that i bought a copy in the form of a cassette tape and not a CD. In our car kasi there is no player available for a cassette tape, CD lang. Maganda kung napapatugtog ko un sa kotsE.
when i learned in 2003 that the band was disbanded (few months after Paul C. left the band and thus the band was called S CLUB cos they're just 6), and each of them had to move on, i froze. no, really. talaga. sayang sila dahil they are good.
they even had shows! s club 7 in LA, s club 7 in hollywood, viva s club and others that even earned them more and more fans.
MOVING ON..........a morena member, Rachel Stevens now has a solo career. she signed a recording deal with Polydor ( the band also had a contract with Polydor!)
kahit they moved on na, diba there's nothing bad naman in remembering the band that was?

Confessions of a (sometimes) loner!!!!

Loner.
When people hear that word, their reaction is disgust....or in short...YUCK!!!!
People, especially teenagers, associate that word with freaks.
What's wrong with being loner anyway?
Well, it's kind of unusual, for some.
It's OK to hang out with people...but sometimes, it's OK being alone.
I've experienced being a loner at school. I must admit I feel kind of different and weird, because some people,<> talk about you.
But I wasn't afraid.
You know the good thing about being a loner? You can discover your limits and abilities. I discovered some of them(like "Oh, I can do this!", etc.) during the times when I am alone.
Plus, you can hear yourself think for many times....Just you, and no one else.
I also hang out with my friends. It's really, really OK.

What I'm trying to say is, hanging out with your barkada is OK, because it's socializing, but have some time for yourself. See how long you can last at school without your bestie or barkada. When you have done this, at least you knew yourself, which is much better than plainly knowing your friends.

why do i like being a professional traveller???!!!!
simple. = it's fun.
You get to know different people.......different cultures......
that's the spirit of travelling.
But being a certified and professional one is better.
You get to be seen on TV! Woohooh!! : p

One of my fave destinations is Southern France-so many kinds of cheese and wine they make. The traveller who went there was Christina Chang.

Travelling is soooooo fun!!

1. We're young and free, so our relatives,friends-and of course, our DEAR (??!!) parents will go with us- the more the merrier!! (of course we can't go alone!)
2. It's exciting. You might know what will you see, but you still don't know what lies beneath.(???) The wonders of your destination. Haa!!!
3. You feel like you have a new home- whether you sleep in a hotel or wherever!.....!
4. You can have new friends!! Wow.
5. If your 'rents have the budget and you had the chance to travel in another country- it's completely different, but nice!!! It might be hard to adjust, but you know what I mean==??!6. I ran out of reasons. ... Maybe you have other reasons.......or comments about travelling , I don't mind if they're good or bad ones.....PLEASE PUT COMMENTS!!!

A lot. at pagkagaling sa money changer, pagkasakay ni Mama-pumasok si Pa sa loob ng gate ng katapat namin--Araneta Coliseum! The exact venue where Jasmine's concert is going to be. Tuloy na-kumain at nag=shop muna sa Shopwise ,etc.

pagdating ko sa bahay ngrequest ung maid namen ng F4 marathons! ala me magawa edi nakinood na lang ako. pero habang we're setting up the VCDs , naiyak talaga ako, kasi mula pa sa SICC ako nagtiis not to shed tears.
