Finally! Heaving a sigh of relief was finally the thing we all did after the exams (Wednesday). Hana and my sister Lara went with me to RP and we watched Hairspray. The follwing are what you should watch out for if you haven't watched the film:
-John Travolta as a supersized mom
-Michelle Pfeiffer ('nuff said)
-Cute, cute, cute, cute, even cuter than in HSM.....ZAC EFRON!
Ha! But no, the exam scores are HORRIBLE. Except for English. Reading was such a surprise for me. Language..a little bit disappointed..but happy. But still...I have to get that average of 90! *cringe.

I belong to III - St. Lioba. My adviser is Mrs. Cathy Patrocinio, who now teaches Geometry.
Our achievement so far is winning the Nutri-Jingle Singing Contest.

Asians rocked Miss Universe 2007! Ü
That wuz all I can say about the Miss Universe 2007 beauty pageant.
Our very own Anna Theresa Licaros (summa cum laude, UP Diliman!) took home Miss Photogenic. (Well, it was online voting, and Filipinos know the deal 'bout that.) Haha.
The other special award, Miss Congeniality, went to Miss China Ningning Zhang (voted by the contestants).
Five Asians got in the Top 15 (Thailand, India, Korea, Japan). Miss Thailand didn't make it to the Top 10. Miss India didn't make it to the Top 5.
4th runner-up: Miss USA
3rd runner-up: Miss Korea
2nd runner-up: Miss Venezuela
1st runner-up: Miss Brazil
Miss Universe 2007: Miss Japan (Riyo Mori)
Asians already stood out in the pre-pageant and other cool stuff they went to and went through. I noticed Ms. Mori's and Ms. Lee's beauties during interviews, etc. But we thought that Miss Korea would place higher than Miss Japan. (Well, she didn't.)
But anyway, it was still glamorous like the previous ones.

I've been in a kinda-hiatus because of SEP classes, but anyway, I'm back. (Haven't completed my list of 10, Ate Lara!)I'm still in a kind of hangover, since yesterday SEP ended. It's been like a shock for me. You know, not absorbed it fully yet. Those driving-to-Ateneo and snack times and going home and laughing-'bout-adventures times are GONE!

My classmates were all fine. I made friends. Many of them. Meanwhile, there are some whom I don't even know their names. But I guess they are just normal teens wanting to either "flirt.....or prepare yourself for the next school year". (quote from Gunslinger, a section of Hilites mag given to us. -official student mag of AdM HS). Bwaha. My teachers (Mr. Falgui for Speech and Mrs. Concepcion) are also great.
Thursday, May 24, penultimate day. Around 8 of us from Speech are supposed to emcee for the recital of SEP guitar class. Why only 8 when we are almost 40? Well, not all didn't want do it. Though there were many reasons to be nervous (lack of practice time, blah...), we did great. I did great, according to Mr. Falgui, my sister, and my cousin (both taking SEP) and my parents (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"???????????!!!!!*), even though there was a technical error in the middle of my part. Believe me, I have done public speaking many times in my life, but this one really got on my nerves. I mean, in front of people 2/3 of which I don't know. Plus the pressure and all. Blah blah.
But still, it was a good experience.
Friday, May 25, last day. My geom class, Geometry B- supposed to go to Eastwood. But Ayriel cut off, Mikee (from MC) had no money, so I didn't go na lang din. We (Jelle, Ate Amy, Stephanie) with the folks just watched Pirates 3. Watch it too, btw. Amazing. And Johnny Depp hot as usual. :D

I finally got my hands on Avril Lavigne's latest album, The Best Damn Thing. Here is "Runaway", one of the tracks I really love. I predict it's going to be a hit (only if it's released as a single first, of course). Review for the CD will be next time (kinda in a writer's block today). I am about to change my layout, but then laziness came upon me and I decided to just roam around the Web. The PC is bugging for restart mode, and I chop it off with "Later".
It's been long since my last post (!). Anyway, my sister graduated from GS and the seniors graduated from HS. (Sayang di ako nakapunta, I was supposed to go pa naman.) *sigh*. I just wish them luck (both batches) as they are about to face new worlds (naks!).
There is no DSL yet in the house. We so need to follow-up because we're not getting any response from PLDT.
I've already enrolled at Ateneo for SEP with some of my friends, my sister, and a cousin who's arriving in May. I am taking up Geometry (cringe!) and Eloquence.

1. Sportsfest; Students Week
I looove the Power Redders! Grabe, my first two years in HS, parehong winner team ko sa Songs And Yells. Tapos kasam ako! Ahehe.

Still, it was TIRING, and could you believe that we were pulled out on the 2nd day because of a Blue Heights seminar??!! Sister Naomi was good, but I still couldn't resist make my mind fly, because outside, the Power Redders were cheering (kickball). We cheered during breaks anyway, and Sister let us off for awarding ceremonies. It was continued the next day.
Dont' ask about Students Week.

But because of the punctuality thing. Sister Edna had such a bad timing. Okay, I completely understand. But why? What if they don't perform until I graduate???!!!!WWaaahhh.

Okay. It's been really tiring. It's 2007! I kind of didn't want to leave 2006 behind, yet I really looked forward to '07. Marami ring unpleasant things eh. Bwaha. Anyway, I just hoped for the best. I just hated that stupid Judas' belt. I loove the missile. Superb appearance and effect, and no defeaning sound at all.
Haven't watched Eragon yet? Go see it. Just a warning though: not for the types who hate predictable movies. That's all. But it was good, really.
Grr, bakit kasi activity ban pa! Pwede namang sa Monday na lang. Parang di pa ako nasanay. Wala lang, I just wanted to practice more. Go Power Redders! All together, Who's bringing sexy back? Sana lang naman may energy yung iba. Only the graduating people seem to get the fun (ha, yung mga nasa likod ko. I can't keep on laughing, hehe). The others are too serious. Or maybe, just shy or whatever. (Ehem, mga taga-Marma??!!)
Anyways, grabe ang kilabot kanina sa SS about women issues. Rarr! Kapal ng mukha ng mga lalaking nang-rape or nang-abuse physically, sexually and emotionally. Grr, sarap murahin, hindi lang talaga ako palamurang tao. Tapos yung Female Genital Mutilation. When I searched it in the Net around 3 days ago, parang nag-shake yung hands ko. Ugh, *shudder*!
